Raven waited for a few minutes before kneeling down and reaching out to give the kit a little pet on the head. He had to admit the little guy was quite adorable and cute. He continued to play with him while his sister and the others were talking.

"I think he likes you Raven!" Merissa laughed.
"Wouldn't be the first time." he replied. He looked up at Suel. "Kensune is right. Until just now I've only traveled with three other companions other than my sister. The first betrayed me. The second we had to leave behind in a village and the third...well Merissa had issues with her didn't you darling?"

Merissa glared at her brother who waved off the gesture smiling. "Anyway, we should decide where we are going. I don't really like the idea of going back to a village so soon after what happened the last time."

Kensune snapped her attention to their new acquaintance, wondering if she could be so bold to ask her the question that had just flew into her head. Then she decided against it, and returned her gaze to Raven and Merissa. "Where were you going to go next, after the village? What did you plan on heading before Raven and I met?" Thinking of what she was planning on doing, or what she would have done if she hadn't been charted off course by her new friends. She thought it wouldn't hurt to suggest it. Blinking, she twitched her nose, and decided maybe Raven and Merissa would be interesting in her vote. "I was going to head up to the high forest by the mountain west of here. It's where I used to live, and I usually visit it around this time of year." She stopped, waiting to hear what the others thought of her statement.
