Kage and Kagirinai <private>

[Neko-Nakro]

(aaannnnnddd that's why i was choking up lol)

She couldn't find the strength to speak at first and only listened to his words, they helped her to force it all back to push it all down, now wasn't the time for her to fall apart. As he kissed her on the nose Kagirinai blinked at first, before cracking a small smile, her tears drying up as she finally managed to get herself mostly under control. One after another she began forcing each emotion back as she focused on his eyes, raising a hand she wiped the remaining tears away as she began steeling her nerves and mind. That small smile never leaving her lips. "thank you, I lost it for a moment.. I must harden myself, for this creature, hopefully, it will be enough." She managed to speak, her voice a bit cracked, before she softly cleared her throat, Kagirinai slowly rose to her feet, giving him a gentle kiss on the top of his head, taking his scent in, to help give her the strength as she put her mask back up, looking just like that porcelain doll face he saw when she first opened her eyes. holding out her hand, figuring her gesture would hold enough emotion, since she felt it was time to quiet herself a bit and finish gaining control. Little did she know this outburst was only a small fraction of what he would see.

[Sune&Kage]

Kage took her hand, and arose to stand next to her. Not letting go of it, he brought it up to his lips and kissed the top. "You are so beautiful, don't be sorry." Putting her hand back down, and continuing to hold it. He used his other hand, palm up to show he was ready for her to lead the way. He was ready to bring the demon's of her past to justice, to bring her comfort in knowing she would be just that closer to peace. To make right, what someone dared to do to this girl he treasured. "Lead the way my darling!" he sounded excited, yet sensitive to her condition.

(Next step, ready to go save and kick some butt!)

Her body became more serious, and determind to make them all pay. A murderous intent came over her, a complete switch from her broken down state. "I'll rip him apart." She said, even though her hand in his was quite gentle, her demon side was now in full swing, and had a clear direction, slowly she released his hand as she felt herself changing as she was running, no black smoke this time, but her body warped and darkened, now black skin with specks that resembled the stars in the sky, Kage got a much closer look at her in her animalistic state, hands and feet turned into hooves which were surrounded by a faint mist, her powerful limbs developing with the rest of her body to hold up the massive change in weight, she was no longer a petite girl but a powerful warhorse once more, bent on retribution, the dented and rusted armor on her shoulders and head held scars and bloodstains from battles in the past, for she wasn't always this strong, she had forced herself to grow for this reason, and this alone. She would never been so helpless again. Her slender, feminine shaped head, is she were just a horse, human's would concider her a thurobred and only the most high ranking mortals would ride such a creature. She however had no saddle, for noe dared to ride her, and she had never allowed anyone on her blind spot her. The ears on either side of her ghostly mane were facing back, her matching wild tail flew behind her, the pounding of her hooves resounded thorugh the forest, which held a mixture of her anger, and showered the forest with her shear presence of power, the ound was obviously from no normal horse. She wanted that creature to know she was coming, she wanted it to know it was her, Kagirnai wanted to see the look on his face when he saw the once terrified little girl had come all this way for him, and was no longer just some weak whimpering thing.

Kage's demon side had reawakened with the monster smile that spread across his lips. He started to follow her, continuing to smile at her beauty. He was unsure of how she was going about the situation. But he trusted in her judgment, even though this was not how he would have started off. Kage, in all that he was, was a sneak around kinda guy. He would rather see his chances, then just barge right in, but she knew who she was dealing with. Redirecting his attention, he continued to float his way beside her. She was thundering so fast, it wasn't easy for him. He could feel the shear want and hatred, no complete anger pulse out of her with ever step. It was in it's way beautiful, just as much as she was. He wondered what all happened, what could cause this girl such pain, and such anger. What had she had to live with, knowing she survived. Or at least that is what he assumed, knowing his story. He was ready, he thought, to aid in her goal.

As they made their way, Kage looked in all directions for anything that stood out to him. Not sure what all they were going to be facing, he assumed there would be more then one demon they would be facing. Not that this worried him, just that he wanted to be ready. He wanted to be there for her, and the unknown he felt like he was throwing himself into. The smile never left his face, his monster side had remained. As he was beside her, he from time to time would touch her side. To let her know he was there, and also to get a boost of movement. She was going so fast, he still was having trouble fading next to her.

His touch was reassuring, and she noticed that he was having a little difficulty keeping, which only made her smile a little inwardly. It was amusing seeing him trying to keep up with her furious path. The smell of ash and decay grew stronger, and eventually the border became visible, leaping gracefully over a massive tree, her soft feathers brushed against Kage gently as she landed easily, her hooves not missing a beat as she slowed down her speed, circling widely around a massive demon that seemed to be comprised of fire. Making sure to keep Kage hidden on the opposite side, away from the creature, sensing his apprehension of direct confrontation. Her galloping soon slowed to a trot, never taking her eyes off the creature that obviously towered over her, the several small demons around him that seemed rather terrified of her presence, shrinking back, but the hoard could quickly grow to be an issue if they attacked all at once, they were like a small waving mass of bodies that smelled heavily of rot and decay, obviously his subordinates that were helping him to shape such a lifeless terrain.

Stomping her left foot furiously, Kagirinai began to speak, her voice was ghostly, otherworldly with a hint of the tone she had in her human form. "Your time has come Shingai, I have come for retribution, You and all the others will pay." Was all she simply said before charging at him, spreading her wings she took of into the air, her form reverting to her human state, her large wings spread wide, her lavender hair splayed out in such a way it was like the strands were floating on the breeze being created by her wings, her silver eyes narrowed as she pointed her spear at the crowd of riling demons, "you will stay out of my way.... you little monsters I have no time for worms." she hissed menacingly, before lunging at The towering demon like a bullet shot from a gun, her spear clashed with his massive claws as he just chuckled, but she would not back down, she was not afraid, she would never be that way again. Kagirinai refused to be that helpless little girl who couldn't do anything. Fueled by her sheer desire she took a massive leap over his hand, using her spear to catapult herself onto his flaming arm, the bottom of her feet singed a bit as it came in contact with the extreme heat as she darted up his arm, dodging out of the way of his other hand as he attempted to crush her like a menacing insect. Ramming the blade of her spear into his upper arm she drug it along, creating a huge gash along his arm and up to his shoulder leaving a bloody, messy trail, even that amount of damage filled the air with the scent of blood, mixing with decay, yanking the blade at an angle she could feel it go through something solid, something heavy. She had just severed his arm from it's shoulder, the diamond spear cutting straight through the bone.

The huge arm fell to the ground, however before she could react, his massive tail swung around, colliding hard with her and sending her flying to the ground. Shingai was disgusted at this point that such a child could do any kind of damage to him. "Know your place whelp! You are but a child in our world and you think you can still take on a demon well beyond your years?! You have much to learn, and you will suffer for your arrogance!" He boomed angrily, waving his hand over in her direction, he did not physically strike her this time, nor did he need to. "You with writhe in agony, and once I am satisfied I will watch you burn." he said, he full focus on this child who managed to do so much to him in a small amount of time, she was dangerous, if she were allowed to live her full lifespan, she would become a powerful demon in her own right.

Kagirinai groaned at first as she tried to regain her focus, everything was so hazy, that tail had knocked the wind right out of her. She then looked up, her eyes began to focus as she saw him wave his hand and say something, the ringing in her sensitive ears was still there though. Within moments she could feel a sense of agony wrack her body, starting from her head, which she gripped roughly with her hands and closed her eyes. On the outside she arching her back, eyes closed tight, she looked like she wanted to scream, but when she opened her mouth, all that came out was a whimper.

In her mind, Kagirinai was back at her small hut of a home, Kagirinai brought her hands down from her head and looked at them shakily. No, this couldn't be happening, not again, once was enough. Her eyes opened wide as she saw the little innocent girl that was once her, trying desperately to reach out, to shout out to her, to warn her, but all she could do was watch, trapped and alone in her memory all she could do was helplessly watch this nightmare unfold, unable to look away, as if compelled to witness the monstrosities again. The peaceful scene of her and her family, mother, father, and even a baby sister that was only a few months old, they were a family of healers, peaceful demons who helped humans and demons alike when in need. This was her world, this was how she learned to use herbs, how what plant did which and affected you in what way. As darkness fell She slowly turned her gaze towards the horizon, 10 demons, each of varying origins, had banded together, despising their peaceful ways, and the simple fact they help humans. Her family had never once done wrong to these creatures, they would simply take everything away from her, force her to become something else, because that was not what demons were meant to be. Smoke, fire, blood, and screaming, the scene had quickly become so intense, but only one demon was currently detailed to her, the one she was fighting. He laughed heartily as he threw her mother about like a rag-doll, the baby already ripped apart on the ground, unrecognizable.

On the outside Kagirinai had curled up into a tight ball trembling, still physically gripping her head. she was suffering, whatever he was forcing her to remember, the details were tormenting and traumatizing her in an agonizing way. The strength she had seemed to be sapped away by this nightmare. "..please....someone... help.." she gasped the emotional pain was obviously intense, as her face, though covered in her long ash covered, lavender hair, was twisted showing the emotional torment.

(I can play Kage, and his response to the situation. I will have you be the monster, seeings how you know him better!)

Kage couldn't believe what had happend, it was like in a blink of an eye. His love was beggin for help, and he was in shock. What had just happened, as he looked at the beast in front of him. Anger filled him, and he felt the rage fill his heart, and body. He would make things right for her, and protect her. This wasn't going to be the end, not when they both found a new begining! He shot to the view of the beast, and huffed like he had steam coming from his lungs. He would do this, if it took everything he had! Then his demon side took over, and he appeared to be calm and collect. Little did this monster know who he was staring at, Kage had servived this long. One big egoed demon wasn't going to stop him, and he was surly more clever!

"Tell me Shingai, that is your name right!? Why don't you take me on next, pick on someone your own size!" Kage smiled like a monster looking for his next meal. His eyes seemed to darken, and a shadowistic pressence seemed to glow around him. Almost like he was transforming into a dark spirit, and then he was gone. He had picked Kagirinai up from where she lay, and moved her to a safer location. In a blink of an eye, Kage was back in front of the monster. Growing darker and darker, his human appearence giving way to his true demon essence. "Any last words before I take your life!?" Kage sounded completely evil, like he was someone else!

Shingai snorted in the direction of Kage. "I obviously cannot affect you like I can her. While she might put on a show, mentally she is fragile, and broken. No matter what either of you do, you cannot change that fact." He smirked though as the true appearance of Kage began to show, his large demon tail swaying from side to side in amusement. "I wonder, if she ever gets to see this part of you, how will she accept you? An exceptionally rare demon she is..... Who just barely manages to balance between the darkness, and light. Will she finally make a decision? Will she choose the darkness, and comfort you offer her soul, over the tranquility of the light... Either way, she will never tell you her deepest pain, unless you make her, you must find a way to make her tell you, if you survive our encounter." This creatures, his mannerisms, his looks, it was like the very bowels of hell spat him out to torment Kagirinai and her past, like her own personal horror come to life. His skeletal face which was surrounded by burning embers grew into a vicious smirk as he lunged at Kage. "Show me! You who were once man! Show me the demon you have become! Let it free!" It cried out challenging Kage.

The pain, while not physical was unbearable, why did she have to watch everything agian? why?? She watched from a completely new angle than when she was little, Shingai had given her the torment of seeing every detail, the way they tortured her parents, it was all so grotesque, so horribly, monstrous. She had closed her eyes shaking her head wanting to wake from this place so desperately, but unable to come to terms with her own fragile state, she still had never forgiven herself for not being able to do anything, even if she was a little girl, she had felt so helplessly vulnerable, and here she was again feeling it all over again. Opening her eyes, she looked up. Now she was below the floorboards of her family's hut, in a small storage space, looking in the corner, there was that lavender haired child, a perfect reflection of herself, before she had her wings. She was curled up into a ball on the floor, much like she had been in the real world, before Kage carried her off to a safe place. The child whimpered as her sensitive ears picked up voices, names, the slicing of flesh, the screams. Even though she tried covering her ears, those wide silver eyes, they were filled with so much horror, her innocence broken, she had been mentally shattered.

When Kagirinai closed her eyes, then opened them again, it had only been a few days after her family's slaughter, she had made her way down the mountain towards a village, the humans knew her family, surely someone would help her, at least give her a change of clothes and some food. She ho had found no solace there, for as the tattered, exhausted, bloodstained demon child entered the outer edge of the village, it only took a short while for the humans to rile up, though they weren't fool hardy enough to attach her outright, they would pick up stones an hurl them at her, shouting things like 'foul creature be gone! We don't want your kind here!' and 'You'll bring danger upon us all!' She would run away, while they chased her a ways down the road, pelting, and hurting her with the stones. It was a few days of this that Kagirinai had learned she was truly alone, no one would want her, and other demons would simply see her as an easy target or meal. The girl would have to learn to survive alone, and close herself off from the world.

She had thought, and felt that way for around 18 years, years wrought with challenges, torment, and a sense of fixing some of herself that had been shattered. Kagirinai had become utterly neutral, just worrying about survival, and growing stronger, and yet here she was, watching herself, trapped, just as fragile as she was before. How would she ever be able to explain this state she took to Kage? Would he even look at her the same, the way that made her tingle, and crave his touch. Here she was needing to be saved again and she thought that she was beyond such things.

Kage continued to change, as he heard the monsters words. His smile grew, almost like he was a blood thirsty vampire. His teeth grew larger, and his body seemed to be like mist. "Is that your game, you play emotional mind games on your enemies and victims? " he started to hunch over as he felt his true form completely surfacing. "As for the girl, it matters not to me if she accepts this part of me. I am what I am, and I can't get ENOUGH! With that Kage snapped and clawed from the monster's neck to it's left eye, returning to his original position. He licked at his metal claws, and his left eye had turned black. He had no piece of human in him, it had gone dormant. Kage, what part of him still had focus on the girl, could heard and sense her distress. This only fueled his demon side, willing him to attack and strike harder. "Come at me Shingai, or shall we end this now!?" Kage didn't want to toy with this creature, he wanted to end it and get it over with. But he knew it wouldn't be as easy as he thought!

(I was on my iPod so it was short when i posted it gonna add a little something for Kagirinai then gonna go for a walk)
The demon continued to chuckle, despite the damage he had suffered between Kage and Kagirinai, he moved more swiftly this time, swiping at Kage with his massive hand. "Oh yes I enjoy such things quite immensely, even now I can feel her squirming in her misery." He licked the blood flowing down his face the small demon hoard lunged at Kage as if by some unknown command. some focused on devouring the severed arm, apparently they planned on trying to devour a demon made of shadows. The massive demon lunged his tail at Kage as well apparently planning on piercing it straight through him.

Kagirinai followed her teenage self, who had later, found the strength to return home, if only to bury her family. Father was beside mother, and baby was beside her. Her beautiful face, once full of so many expressions, was just blank now, holding down all the pain, grief, and loneliness. She knew showing such emotions would be the death of her. The most horrifying thing was, the memory of herself looked up from the graves and straight at the real one. 'If you remember, then why? He adored you for your strength, and now he is out there fighting your battle while you are stuck here, wallowing in self regret. Regretting things that you couldn't change. Show him something, anything, remind him of your power. Show them both you will not be put out so easily, or surely he will demand answers.' With those words, the reflection of her past slowly looked away and back to the grave. Then everything just grew dark, like everything was torn from the pages. Shingai.... she hated that name so much she screamed, screamed as loud as she could, but alas no one but herself would be able to hear such sheer hatred. Her physical self for the most part remained unresponsive, just like being sent into a powerful trance filled with torment made just for her.

Only getting a small part of the beast's attack, Kage took off a big chunk of it's tail. Kage then focused on the lesser demons. He only laughed at the smaller demons, and sliced right through them with his claws. Moving in very swift, fluid movements, only most like he was dancing. Once destroying the last lesser demon, Kage took off toward the beast. Black shadowy mist whirled around him, and his eyes pierced through the haze he was creating as he moved. This was him and who how he really looked, if it wasn't for his human pieces. This would have been the demon that found the girl, who would have probably left her to die. His true demon self was greedy, and pure evil in itself. Why now did it continue to fight, was it the thrill of killing the beast in front of him. Surly it wasn't to save the girl, but it wasn't time for that now. He had a mission to accomplish, and that is what was his priority. Kage dropped down to the ground for a moment, and crouched on one knee. He had his head bowed. and a pulsing started coming from him. Almost like amplified power, a moment passed, then he snapped his head up at looked right at the demon. "Your going to have to try if you want to destroy me!"

With that Kage took off again, this time he was going for it. He faded right over the beasts mouth, almost dodging the impending attack it would go for. Only being clipped a little, it was not going to slow him down. This was a risky move, but he had a instinct to aim where he was going. Flipping in motion, he sunk his full length of claws into the beast forehead and clawed back to the start of it's neck between it's shoulders. Kicking off and flipping to his place on the ground. Kage landed, and took a deep shallow breath. Waiting to see what the beast would do next, Kage now sure what or where the beasts weakness was. Removing the rest of the beasts tail was the next thing he would do!

( hmmm I think I got something, will have Kagirinai come back to help finish off the demon xD so we can progress lol and that way she can see the other side of Kage.)

Kagirinai struggled at first, but slowly she began pushing it all back, taking all of her mental fortitude she managed to put up her wall once more. Groaning softly, her eyes opened, quickly taking notice that she had been moved. Part of this warmed her, but the fact that he was now fighting her battle because of her own weakness? She was more than a little irritated with herself, she had acted too confident, and it costed her. That was the side effect of being so young though, she had moments where she felt like she was invincible and it almost always came back to bite back at her in the end. Standing up, Kagirinai's hair fell messily around her, giving her more of a wild look than before, her expression had become cold and filled with hate, oh how she hated that demon, Shingai would pay dearly. Taking off into the air, her lance materializing in her hand, she had enough of these games he played with her. The soft blue hue of the adamant weapon began to darken as it fed on her negative emotions. She slowed over the battlefield that was filled with lesser demon corpses, what remained of Shingai, and what smelled like Kage. That didn't look like Kage anymore, it must be what he looked like when his full demon side surfaced. It was quite a site to behold, but for now she would focus on bringing this to an end.

Shingai had stumbled a bit from the intense pain, his conclusion, this was a losing battle, this demon... Was so unlike anything he had encountered before, it was impossible to gauge his reasoning for fighting beyond the simple joy. Though when the horse demon flew back into view, his thoughts were cut short as he looked up. "Seems like the little doll has come to finish things, cute.." Her cold hateful look made him trail off as her wings tightened in ready to attack.

This time she would not let him break through her strike, this time she would harness the power of her lance in such a way it would go through any part he threw at her with ease. No words came from Kagirinai, she was done being fragile, done with being vulnerable. Shadow like tendrils began flowing into a spiral of energy as it began to extend up the pole arm and over her left arm that gripped it firmly. The energy seemed to pulsate around her harboring her strongest and darkest emotions, the hate was so intense that the solid black color of the energy had streaks of deep red through it. Rising in the air slowly she stopped till she was at an angle where her lance would pierce straight through the demon's skull. Before it could even move out of the way she dove towards him, with almost blinding speed, his initial reaction was to block with his hand but when he raised it in defense, the spiral of energy coming from the lance shredded through it, bone and all, then Kagirinai launched the weapon int his head with all her might, watching the energy disperse throughout it's body, ripping him to shreds from the inside out. The massive body fell to the ground, trembling and twitching, landing on Shingai's chest she just watched his life fade away. Taking ahold of her lance once more, shadows covered it before it vanished. Looking back at Kage her expression ever so slightly, the hate no longer present. "..so this is the other side of you, I imagine not many get to see it for very long before death follows." She seemed rather unaffected by the rather monstrous appearance he had taken, in fact a deep sense of curiosity could be seen in those silver eyes as she turned to face him fully.

(Sounds good to me, I didn't want it to seem like Kage destroyed the monster too quickly! XD)

Kage once sensing the presence of the girl, and hearing the beast's words. Had backed off as Kagirinai struck her blow. Standing, not moving an inch. He had no response, nor reaction to her words. He just stood there silent, as if he had gone mute. His eyes continued to glow, and his smile looked as monstrous as ever. Then he let out a sharp laugh, and he licked his lips. "Your correct little girl, not many live after I come forth!" the tone wasn't his normal voice, it was deeper. It was apparent that his full demonic side had was almost like a split personality, but Kage still held his awareness. Though he was still riled up, it would take a moment to compose himself. He was breathing hard, almost like he was having trouble taking air in. 

After a moment, Kage fell to his knees. Almost like he had been struck by something, and blood lightly dripped on the floor from there the beast had cut him. It wasn't a serious wound, but as he began to transform back. His changing heart beat was causing the excess dripping on the floor. When he changed from this form to his more human form, his essence changed as well. Just like his fast paced heart beat slowing, his demonic essence started clearing. Slowly the black mist around him started to fade, and on the ground was the Kage the girl had come to know. He was silent, his breathing became normal again. It was obvious that he didn't change very often, it seemed to cause him a little bit of pain. That was a given by the change in his muscles as he shifted, the tension. The sound of him wetting his lips crossed the air, and his normal tone graced the air. "I hoped I wouldn't have to do that, but I let my anger get hold of me." He sounded ashamed, that was the human left in him. Fearing, what his demon side did not. Thought the girl didn't seem affected by his other form, Kage hated it more than anything in the world. It was the one part he really had limited control over, it was like there were three men in one body. The one who occupied it the most was a human hating, romantic. "I am glad that you are okay, may I ask what happened my love?" Kage was back, that was for sure. It wasn't always that easy to change back, but he had a reason to this time. Which made it easier, and he was glad it was over.

(xD lol was fun to read though lol and managed to squeaze on tonight ;P )

"I... know all to well how that is. I sometimes lose control, but it is ok. I think it is only natural." She came to his side, Kagirinai smiled down at him, this one was quite different from the ones she had given him. Being forced to relive the horrors of her childhood had cracked her spirit in places. It was a very fragile smile, whatever that demon had done to her mentally had taken a serious toll. Her smile faded as she squatted in front of Kage, closing her eyes. "It...isn't something I think i can merely explain. Her posture showed what she had seen of him did not scare her, but something else made her hands tremble before she gripped them. "How... does one explain reliving past torment that so vividly real? every sight, sound, smell, and touch. All I know how to say.... is that I was put back somewhere that I never wanted to experience again." The pain of loss of her family, and the rejection and abuse from humans. She had such mixed feelings, Kagirinai wanted to hate humans but felt they were just afraid, demons were often seen as ill omens, so that was probably their reason. Usually that was enough to cause hatred for most demon,s but she simply just mistrusted the beings who had such short lives.

Her eyes opened slowly, looking intensely at his wound, her initial reaction was to put a firm hand over it to help ease the bleeding, she knew he'd probably heal soon, but she still worried, and felt deeply guilty that he got hurt because of her own weakness. "I'm sorry.. I caused this.. and transforming back looked like it was painful. My body does it so often that it's numb to the change, only a slight tingle." She then hugged him close, but made sure to be gentle, not sure how tender he was. Her lips grazed his ear as she rested her head on his shoulder, and whispered. "I am glad, in a way to see such a reaction from you though. I even got to see more of you once I managed to collect myself." Her large wings wrapped around them gently, it created a shadow around them that she used to move them from that place, as far as she could manage. They were now down by the base of the mountian, on the other side, near a small flowing river. Kagirinai's wings opened slowly as the sun began to rise, the running, fighting, and moving them so far away had exhausted her, but she dared not to sleep this time. Instead she laid back on the gentle slope that was covered in soft grass, looking up at the sky, the expression in her eyes were of deep pain, loss, torment, and a hint of self loathing. She had failed again, to fight, to truly fight, a true demon wouldn't be so suseptable to such trickery, so maybe she wasn't as strong as she thought. "Simply.... I should have been stronger, I shouldn't have let him get to me, but somehow he snaked his way in." Biting down on her lip with the corner of her mouth, rather harshly, one of her sharp teeth pierced the soft flesh, she was aggitated with herself.

(I was thinking with this Kage, can start pushing further in, to try and figure out why she reacted in such a fragile way when facing Shingai. was thinking she might try and push him away, out of habit of dealing with it alone which only fuels him in his persistence, i will leave it up to you how exactly he goes about it lol)

[Sune&Kage]

Kage, took everything in. This new found relationship was comforting, and he wouldn't let go for the world. Resting next to her, just taking in the new scenery that had been introduced. He lay on her right side, and took her hand in his. He wasn't overly worn out, but needed to relax for a moment. It wan't everyday that he morphed like that, and he was getting older. Not testing out himself on a daily basis, and it had caught up with him. It wouldn't take long to heal, and he just laid next to his new found love. Snuggling into her shoulder, he had shut his eyes. He was acting very much like his human self, he felt exposed. He hoped she wouldn't mind the way he was acting currently, and would let him breath her in for a few moments longer. After a few moments of silence, after her words had faded with the coming dawn. Kage opened his eyes to look at her, and wet his lips to reply to her.

"It wouldn't matter how strong you were my love, your rage for him didn't allow you to think clearly." he tried to say it as delicate as he could. He once was new to this world, and knew what it meant to be young and pompous. Or at least that was the correct world to use for him, she just got carried away. "What did you all relive? I very much would like to know darling, it will help you grow stronger to talk with me about it..." It was true, if she faced what had been fueling her all the years she had been surviving. It would help her grow stronger, and he wanted to know, to dive deeper into her. There was so much he was sure, and would she be ready to tell him. He was growing to love her more and more, and wished to be the one should could confide in. "Tell me, and I will answer any question you have for me. I will tell you my past, if you tell me yours my love." he hoped this would make her feel more like sharing, maybe that answering any questions she had for him would aid her in opening up. She smiled softly, enjoying the feeling of Kage snuggling into her. She watched a few stray clouds just floating along the sky. Breathing in slowly, she listened to his words, silently noting every word he said. Before parting her lip and licking the small amount of blood that leaked from the tiny cut she made. Her body ached from being slammed into the ground so roughly, she was sure she was heavily bruised everywhere, but with such force it was hard nto to feel some sort of lingering pain. "It was more than just anger. I hated him, so deeply that I could feel myself loosing any sense of control or awareness of anything else." She turned her head and looked at him as she gently rubbed her thumb along his hand that was in hers. What to ask him? He wanted to know her painful past, something she constantly struggled to stay sane under all the weight. Kagirinai was surprised she hadn't just simply given up years ago, thankfully the thought of vengeance gave her a fuel that spurred her onward, and now he was here too. Following her along an unknown path that she had laid out, fighting along side her, and even defedning her when she loses all sense of everything. Kage was so special, even if he was like 3 different beings wrapped up into one, she enjoyed the sight, and emotions of all of them. Giving a small fragile smile she nodded, accepting his terms, hoping, that it owuld help her be a bit more forth coming herself. "Do you remember anything from your human life? Things that you want to always remember, yet also want to forget, so the pain isn't so bad?" she asked softly, curious of his answer. Her haunted silver eyes stared into his red ones, just looking into them were soothing, and helping her to relax.
