What would life be like in a modern world if people suddenly found themselves living alongside creatures that were once though of as myth? This thread is set in the United States fifteen years after the titular ‘Veilfall Incident’, where the 'veil' that kept our reality and the myth reality seperate fell. The political/social climate is not that dissimilar from the Civil Rights era of the 1950’s to the 1960’s with sapient Mythological creatures (referred to as Mythos or several derogatory names related to their species) pushing for the same rights that the indigenous human population has.
In the world of Veilfall, Mythos:
-Must have their identification papers on them at all times. Unregistered Mythos are considered vagrant and are sent to an 'exclusion zone'.
-Cannot buy or rent residential property. All registered Mythos must stay at a designated 'Mythos House'.
-Cannot marry or cohabit with a human(s), however, some states have passed individual laws allowing miscegenation between humans and Mythos.
-Cannot harm or kill a human, doing so will cause the offending Mytho to be considered dangerous, often leading to termination.

-Centaurs/Centaurides
-Dwarves
-Elves
-Fairies
-Harpies
-Kobolds
-Merpeople
-Minotaurs
-Naga/Lamia
-Ogres/Ogresses
-Satyrs/Fauns
