"Yes, thus is why I warned the children like I did.... and I do not know, I never got a chance to ask, I thought I had more time... I have wandered for a very long time, but it's like... he just ceased to exist." Her voice had grown just as soft, for the first time in so long her heart truly ached, there was a reason why she allowed the chaos to consume her, she felt withdrawn that way and was able to shove her emotions to the side and just let go. "He was very kind though, like you, gentle and caring." A hand went to her mid section where a faint scar was hidden under her kimono, pressing her fingertips against it. "I use violence, and torment to hide my own misery, it's easier to shove it all away if I have something to focus on. Demons... and humans, just aren't meant to be. That was my mistake.. but I would make it again, if only to see his face once more." It was rare for her to even concider crying, but centuries of holding everything in, hiding it from the world, it was overwhelming. Kaosu began to shudder slightly as she hunched over, her long flowing hair covering her face as tears began to stream down her face. It was a rare emotion for a demon to show, to anyone, but she was once a mortal woman, all of those emotions from a world she once knew remained even if she changed.

he smelled the tears as soon as they appeared, she was crying, he wasn't sure what to do normally he would spin joy and weave happy memories, but this time he couldn't he was stock in the past, stock in the sad story of a girl and a demon, and the love that was not meant to be. He didn't know how to escape, he wanted to comfort her, he really did, but the emotions were overwhelming, they were after all emotions from a being not used to feel. It all combined and squeezed his mind and hart. He threw his hands to his head and curled in on him self, he saw pictures in his head to quickly to grasp, terrible music tore through mind until he just wanted to scream. Pain and sorrow all to much, something snapped his body bend backwards and head thrown back, he screamed, the scream turned into a note and form there into a melody, hard and sad but beautiful in its clarity. colours swirled around them and voices long forgotten was hear ones again. Then just as sudden as it appeared it was gone, and a eerie silence followed. Saiya collapsed slowly calming down.

The sound snapped Kaosu from her thoughts. Between the scream and the melody she looked at him in wonder, strands of her hair parting slightly as she peered at the strange fox demon, a familiar voice she could hear it only for a moment, it was the demon she had loved so long ago. The tears trickled as she watched Saiya, a strange sense of concern came over her and she wearily scooted closer. She had never seen anything like him before, he was so different, so very strange, but she liked it. It seemed he had a way to feel her pain, to see what she went through with such detail. "You.. are you alright Saiya?" her voice was a little hoarse from the sudden overwhelming emotion that came over her, emotions she would rather just shove away again. However he seemed to need her, or she felt he did as her fingers stretched out shakily, gently touching his hand. Her skin was rather soft, smooth, and cool. "I... Should not have told you, I'm sorry, it looks rather painful."

He looked up at her to tired to do much " I'm fine, you don't feel much normally do you?" he croaked, he was a little startled by her touch, people didn't touch him much. " It's okay you couldn't have known; I didn't know I would react like that It's been years sins the last time" his voice grew stronger as he spoke. A couple of deep breaths and he tried to sit and failed only to try again and succeeded. Hair dark as the night complete opposite of the fur of his fox, obscured his face, a face that had lost some of the healthy glow. He look pale and drained and the tail normally so wild lay quiet by his side. " I probably owe you a explanation" he was sad that she should have witnessed that, adding worry to her sorrow he had wanted to make things better not worse but now he was to tired and weak to do anything. he was completely at her mercy, he would not have the strength to fight even the weakest of demons hell even a half demon could probably take him now and he was scared. Not of her per say but of being so helpless, from a vary young age he had leaned that helplessness only leads to suffering. He closed his eyes to try and hide his fear.

Dispersing the illusion she used to hide her halberd Kaosu unlatched her sheath and gently set the massive blade on her lap as she studied Saiya, he was exhausted from whatever her story and emotions did to him. This was deeply interesting, she had never seen such a thing happen with a demon before so it did make her a bit curious. "Often times, I do. My pain, it only makes me miserable so I try to forget it. To forget my life from before but it is always there in the background of my mind and haunts me. I felt it was time someone knew my story, a world i barely remember, full of haze, but the emotions remain, like a nasty scar." The poor creature, her misery had linked to him in some unfathomable way to her. "You do not have to explain if you do not want, though i do find it quite curious, I have never encountered a demon quite like you before. You are definitely one of a kind.
A sound made her rise to her feet the thick sheath of her blade falling to the ground as a foolish lesser demon came into the area. Her whole demeanor became ice cold as she swung her blade with hardly and effort at the pathetic creature. on contact the demonic aura of the sword seemed to burn the foolish demon to ash. Letting out a soft snort, she shoved the blade into the ground and sat back down, like nothing happened. Kaosu had promised to keep him safe until he moved on and she would keep her word. Raising one knee and resting her hand on it, the old demon glanced at the fox creature from the corner of her eye. She could easily slay him if she wanted to. Especially now in this state, she could sense his weakness and exhaustion, but the desire was not there, her humanity that she thought was long gone lingered. The sight of his vulnerability was distasteful, but she would put up with it, where else was he going to go? Besides she'd love to hear some more of his music.

Saiyas eyes grew big when he saw the weapon but didn't move if she wanted to hurt him she would have done it already, though he couldn't quite suppress a shudder. She was curious she had said, he wanted to keep his secrets, but she had told him her story so it would only be polite to give something back, but how much, he sighed he could start from the beginning or just keep to the basics " how much do you know about demon foxes?" his voice was almost back to normal. he heard the sound at the same time she did but she dealt with it before he even had the thought to get up. She was scary when she killed not the almost gentle creature he had gotten to know, when she sat down he smiled it looked like she would honour her word and keep others away wile he rested that in his eyes earned her the complete explanation. How to start it would depend on how much she already knew about foxes and the Clans. he straightened his back and breathed deeply a couple of times to relax a little before he started.

"Other than them being demons, nothing. I never had a reason to learn about Youkais and thier various clans. Since I originally died, you are the first being I have had an actual conversation with. I've been basically in a sense of solitude for a very, very long time." Looking at her halberd, the intricate carvings showed a clan of humans, her clan, there was even a woman at the front of them. On the other side was a clan of demons, some were beautiful others were savage, the leader at the head was the one she dreamed about, like her memory, the face as obscure. The details showed both sides at war with one another weapons in hands, bodies on the ground. It was a rather morbid looking blade, but it pulsed with the carnaige that she had awoken from.
Kaosu remembered it so very clearly. The soft sheets, she was so cold, her once dark black hair had become a very light color. Her body ached, even her head, where she had found the strange horns. The scent of blood and death heavy in the air, along with smoke and fire. Flashes of bodies, demons and humans both strewn across her home, desperately she searched every single body, looking for the one she had given her life for. Snapping herself from her thoughts the old demon looked back at Saiya with a calm smile. "Tell me whatever you wish, I would enjoy hearing whatever you want to tell me." she said finally, making sure to push her thoughts of her reawakening, and the sight she was forced to witness alone, those were the images that had awoken something dark within her soul, cold and corrupt, which desired nothing more than to make the world suffer in agony. That part seemed to sleep around him, so maybe it was a good thing she came to this forest originally.

He listened to her head tilted and a speculative expression " Hm okay the kitsune or demon foxes are mostly red or black, they are tricksters, they play tricks on humans and other demons, I on the other hand is as you saw white. That normally comes with the power to tick the mind, rather than the other senses I can't take other forms than the two you have already seen, I can only make magic from music, I am though an empath it means I can feel the feelings of others and sometimes if the feelings are especially strong I can see the event behind them. It's draining and take a lot out of me so I normally don't do it, but some times I can't control it as you just witnessed" he sighed and ran his fingers through his long hair. " there are a couple of fox clans and I'm form one of the biggest of them. In my clan It's normal that when a white fox is born they are kept under observation, we are seen as bad lock you see, if one doesn't develop a talent of some sort, a magical talent that is , they are expelled from the clan and has no place among real foxes" with this his voice took on a angry tone " I was lucky I was a fair hand with the flute as well as song, so my parents who loved me no matter my looks, practised with me until a could combine my gift with that, I have sins developed on that and I'm now able to not only portray feelings but also illusions." with that he waited for her response would she leave him now that she knew exactly how much of a freak he relay was, the others had been scared of his talent.

Kaosu listened to his little tale, and started to understand why he was so different from other fox demons she had seen. His talents, nor looks seemed like bad luck to her, nor weird or freakish. "That is quite a gift. A rather lovely one, compared to my own which in the end is meant to cause madness and sew chaos. I can cause mass hysteria on the weaker minded creatures, make them see and witness things that aren't really there, but it feels so real, that it drives them mad. When I was young, i remember trying to help a man who had lost someone precious to him. I said no words, but willed the vision of his lost loved one upon his mind." She began, giving some insight into how she worked, and why she was the way she was. "It... didn't turn out so well, I wanted her to comfort him but instead she turned into this horrific thing that cursed, and blamed him for her death until he eventaully took his own life. I stopped caring at that point, knowing there was nothing I could do to help people, and realized i was only meant to torment. So your powers are quite wonderful compared to mine." She gave a faint smile, this was whyshe kept to herself, because no matter what she tried, everything beautiful she touched seemed to crumble around her. "This is my only real form, but to others I can make myself look monstrous and terrifying if I so desired." Turning to where she completely faced him now, giving him a good view of her, gentle, soft, pale features, and that small smile, the demon began to speak once more. "What you can do is remarkable, and explains why I... feel less destructive and more like who I once was. Your ability with music seems to sooth it some how."

He smiled happily and looked out into the breeze "thank you I'm happy some one likes what I can do" he turned to her and his smile grow sinister " but remember that not all illusions are harmless" he stood shakily and stumbled a little but remained standing, he stretched. That evil smile stayed for a little while but when he looked down at her he was again gentle looking " I don't like to do this much but I think you need to see what some of the others was afraid of I don't think I will be terrifying for you as it was for them, you being a creature of chaos and all" he collected a little of what power that had come back to him and lifted the flute to his lips. This time the notes that were heard was wrong and cut throw the evening like a knife. Slowly creatures of nightmares came crawling out of the forest behind them. Eerie sounds and howling followed them, a fog rose from the ground and a high pitch scream tore through the the air. For all around be they able, a feeling of terror creping in to the mind little night animals hid and birds flew even if they should be sleeping, and just as abruptly as it started it stopped. A sleepy melody followed to sooth the frightened minds around. Only when peace and harmony had returned did he collapse, gasping with a sad smile that had returned to take the place of the normal happy one, he looked at her " not all is good in my gift is it ?"

Those same faded red eyes that studied the strange fox for the longest time focused on the brief appearance of the creatures that rolled in with the fog. Dark, gnarled, grisly things that seemed to barely even mentally register her prowess. These were no ordinary things some seemed to be souls of the damned that continued to wander the earth long after death, and others she couldn't even make out what they were. The air grew cold around them as the tunes that were so wrong seemed to take their own affect on her over-sized blade, making it pulsate, as it grew in intensity, the tune began to provoke something in her that she didn't understand, but as it switched to a soothing melody everything seemed to fade, as did that strange feeling in the pit of her being. "This world is full of dark horrible things, and wonderful things. your powers, at least to me, seem to straddle both sides. Having both light and dark, I do not see that as a bad thing. You probably can see both the beautiful wonders of the world along with it's horrors. That far surpasses mine." She cracked a small smile as she knelt down beside The exhausted fox. He seemed to have his own little darkness, mentally noting that smile he had earlier, making up her mind to actually follow him whether he wanted her to or not. "You can bring forth things of horror, and light. I am a destructive creature by nature, barbaric and crude, especially with my powers.." Pulling out her sword she began to allow it to pulsate at feed off of the negative feelings that she burried deep inside before creating a huge arch with the swing of her blade, the forested mountain far off in the distance was struck by the huge force of negative energy.
Her eyes glistened with the reflection of the brilliant dark purple flames as they consumed everything on the mountain, the larger sparks from the flames taking on demonic faces as it burned and devoured the mountain top in it's wake of rage and hatred. There was no remorse, regret, or sadness on her face, but a cold, small smirk. The kind that would send shivers down the spine of others. Once the flames reached the midsection of the mountain it fizzled out slowly, dark glowing purple embers the only thing to show what had happened there. "be thankful that your powers do not consume you beyond any sense of reasoning like mine does." Glancing down at the demon beside he from the corner of her eye. Kaosu waited silently as her expression calmed, the smirk fading from her features. "So to put simply, no gift is perfect, while not necessarily viewed as good, it is a beautiful gift."

A truly happy smile lit op his face he had never seen it that way before only seen the darkness in his gift as a horrible thing but she was right he did see beauty in almost everything, and the world was made with dark and light intertwined with each other. what a amazing creature she was full of darkness and chaos jet still able to see beauty in his music. when she levelled the the mountain to the ground or close he shook a little, what a power, but funny enough he still didn't fear her, he didn't know why but she had stayed and protected him when she could easily have killed him and after the little power show it was even more of a marvel. he looked at her face her cold smile unnerved him but he let it go "thanks again and even though you don't like what you do the world need your darkness to appreciate the good and light" he smiled "and the is at twisted form of beauty in destruction if you ask me" he curled in on him self and closed his eyes, yawned and sighed " think i need some sleep, hope it's not to impolite" as he talked his voice grow slow and sleepy.

"It is fine, sleep, you need your strength." The funniest thing about his comment on beauty in chaos, it was the very meaning of her name. Utsukushī Kaosu, beautiful chaos, it had become the very fiber of her being. A beautiful creature consumed by the chaos and horrors of the world. Her role in the world was to sew chaos, and in turn bring turmoil. These turn of events brought light, love, compassion and so many beautiful things into the world. This she had learned as she studied her own impact on civilization, and dubbed her existence a necessary evil. Glancing down at the curled up kitsune, she smiled calmly, before silently rising to her feet.
Sheathing her blade, Kaosu began to walk, she would keep an eye on him from afar, protect him as he slept. Picking up a lovely wildflower, she sniffed it gently before putting it in her hair with a delicate, tender touch. Sighing softly she began to leap into the large tree before her, up here she could have both her solitude and a great view of the area, and Seiya was in clear view. A gentle breeze filled the area as she hummmed something that came to mind, the lyrics long forgotten, but the tune etched into her memory. The sound was sad, loving, and lonely, one moment it would have a person smiling and feeling the warmth of being loved, and then it would fade into bitter loneliness and despair.
Her mask that showed only a cold and Malicious demon was half of what she was, the other was weak and human emotions that would linger with her forever. She did not make a habit of showing her more tender side, but that young demon had an unusual affect on her. Even if she was protecting him for now, Seiya made her feel oddly safe and secure, not fearing what she was and even finding a sense fo beauty to her existence which she could not see herself.
