So, I just realized that when you're not logged onto the site, the time it displays is an hour off. I figured this is because I forgot to set the overall Site Settings to Daylight Savings Time... except, apparently you can't do that? o.O Why can you set DST to your individual profile, but not to the general site itself? How weird. So, I'm just gonna set it to another time zone to properly account for DST. In the fall, someone remind me to switch it back, okay? xD
