Personality: Stress is something that doesn't affect Melody. She avoids confrontation with people, and backs out on fights or arguments. She has a good sense whether or not someone is going to start a fight with her, and usually avoids them for days, just to ease the tension. If Melody gets busy, or tired, she rests for a few minutes, and continues her task. Melody's far from lazy, but she has trouble getting organized. Even though she accomplishes things well, it takes her an extremely long time to complete it.
Melody is a very expressive person. Despite the blank stare she usually has when in deep thought, Melody can be very friendly and helpful, or extremely angry and confused. Also, she greets people in the most strangest way ever--she raises her arms, and says "rū."
Appearance: Melody has a fair complexion, and delicate features. She's fairly tall and has a healthy, slender body that make any school uniform look good. Melody's light pink hair goes down all the way to her thighs, but she always styles it with a flower clip in one of her side bangs. Too bad her eyes are crimson and scare the heck out of people.
Clothing/Armor: When Melody goes to school, she sports a white long-sleeved shirt with black outlines and a black lace. She also wears a short black skirt, long black socks and cute black sshovels.
Sometimes Melody is seen wearing a white long-sleeved shirt with red outlines and a large red bow on the front. With a short red skirt, long black socks, and brown sshovels, it isn't hard to catch her from far away. When Melody's wings appear, it is no coincidence that she is wearing her red uniform.
History: Melody was born into a family of three. Her twenty-five year-old sister is a successful business woman who achieved near-perfect grades and was quickly promoted to be the president of the business. Melody is a little above average student, but because of the standards and pressure her parents put on her, she doesn't attempt to improve her work ethic. Her parents usually nag and bicker about Melody's future, but she is never concerned. She feels that working under pressure doesn't not fair well with her personality. Melody has never failed anything in her life, but she has yet to achieve things to her parents' standards.
She attends the same school as Kagome, and in the same class as her. One day, they ended up to be partners on an important school project. Even though Melody is a laid-back girl, she still does her work. Although, it seemed that Kagome was slacking off and not doing her share of the work. A few days before the project was due, Melody came over to Kagome's house. Her parents said that she wasn't home, but Melody continued to persist to find her. When she started to snoop around, she thought that maybe Kagome was at their family shrine. Upon arrival, she found a well. Leaning against it with her back, she looked up in the sky and contemplated for a long time.
By some unknown force, she was pushed into the well--perhaps it was the small breeze that passed by her, or some freak of nature, but something happened as she fell down into the well. She arrived in a completely different place! Melody had no clue where she was, or how she got here, but it scared her to death. When she finally gathered her thoughts, she felt something strange in her back, something like...wings?! Melody had no idea what they were, but she was in the Feudal Era, in a red uniform, and confused as heck.
