My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic RPG [OPEN]

Decided to Roleplay My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. It may help me figure out how to write my fanfiction. I will be playing Twilight Sparkle and my OC, Starbright Sparkle, Twilight's younger sister, nicknamed Little Star. Her skin's almost the same color as Twilight's but a darker purple. We will start in season 1 shortly after Twilight arrived in Ponyville and made friends after she was allowed to stay and study friendship. Starts when her sister is sent to live with her for awhile. My OC is Princess Luna's student. After I get someone to rp with me we'll start.

I'm up for it. I've watched the series, and I'm pretty familiar with it. I haven't RP'd in a while so I might be a bit rusty.

That's okay. Do you want to claim a certain canon, or just play ones that aren't claimed?

I can play as Spike and anyone else as the need arises.

(OOC: Cool, I get to boss you around then since I'm Twilight. lol)

It was a day like no other. Twilight woke up bright and early. She was studying one of her books currently. Ever since she'd moved to Ponyville she'd moved into the library. Her mentor Princess Celestia wanted her to study friendship. So, here she was. But seeing as it was early in the morning the library was not open yet. So, she was the only one in the room, other than her good and faithful assistant Spike, the baby dragon. As she was studying she heard a knock on the door, "Spike, can you get that?" She asked, not turning away from the book she was reading as she used her magic to turn to the next page.

Spike stirred from his small bed at the sound of Twilight's voice, sitting up and almost having to peel his eyelids apart.
"What time is it?" he asked sleepily and looked out the window. He sighed "Do I have to?" but received no reply from Twilight, who was too engrossed by the book she was reading. "I'll take take that as a 'yes'..." he said and walked to the door, opening it.

There was a young filly at the door. She had dark purple skin and different colors of light blues in the mane and tail and had deep red eyes, "Oh, Spike hi. Is my sister here?" Why if it wasn't Starbright Sparkle, who most nicknamed Little Star, including her own sister, Twilight.

"Oh, hey, Little Star!" Spike greeted her with a smile. "Yeah, she's inside with her face in a book, but what else is new there?" he said and led the filly inside. "Twilight! You'll never guess who's here!" Spike called out in a sing-song tone.

"There, all finished." Twilight finished her book at the exact right moment. She turned around and saw her younger sister, "Little Star, what are you doing here? I thought you were studying magic with Princess Luna."

"Ya, her and Princess Celestia called me into the throne room the other day and told me they thought I'd learn better in Ponyville. So, they sent me here. And here I am," Starbright grinned happily.

"Well uh... I guess it's okay. Wow! This is going to be so much fun. I get to teach my little sister everything I know," Twilight cheered, clapping her front hooves together. Starbright sighed. Sure she loved her big sister to death but she didn't want to be around her all the time. She wanted to make friends, just like Twilight had.

"I'm surprised," Spike said as he approached the two sisters. "It hasn't been that long since Princess Luna returned and she's already taking students, huh?" he thought out loud. "Well, in any event, it's great to see you again!" he placed a claw on her head reassuringly.

"...and having an extra set of helping hooves around here wouldn't hurt..." he said quietly.

"It's nice to see you as well," Starbright grinned. She then turned to her sister, "Also, Princess Celestia wanted me to give these to you. There's two tickets. So, you can bring a friend with you. I have no interest in this sort of thing."

Twilight opened the envelope, "No way! These are tickets to the Grand Galloping Gala! They're very hard to come by."

"The Grand Galloping Gala?!" Spike repeated in disbelief. "So If one ticket's for you...then who're you gonna take with you?" Spike asked. "Actually...that might be kinda' tricky, that means if you pick one friend to take, then the others will get left out,"

(lol, is this taking place before "The Best Night Ever"?)

"I have no clue," Twilight sighed, not realizing that Pinkie Pie was just right outside the building and just heard what she said.

"Well, I'm going to go outside and play for a bit okay?" stated Starbright.

"Okay, have fun," Twilight told her.

Starbright left the building after leaving her stuff in a corner of the room, wondering around. As she walked through the town she saw two fillies chatting. They looked very friendly, so she decided, 'Maybe they can be my first friends here.' Not knowing how very wrong she was. Those two were known as bullies to most of the other fillies and loved to pick on other fillies who didn't have a cutie mark, like her.

As she approched the two, the one with the tiara sneakily stuck out a hoove, making Star land face first into a mud pubble, "Uh... oops. Did I do that?" She smirked evilly a bit, with an evil giggle.

Starbright got up from the mud, wipping it off her face, "Hey, why'd you do that for? That wasn't very friendly."

(Now we're doing two scenes at once. And sorry I haven't been posting much. I've been sick, cause of my IBS.)

"Well....." Spike started scratching the back of his head. "Maybe you could find a way to broach the subject with everypony?" he suggested. "Maybe that might help?"

A yellow earth pony filly with a red mane and tail with a pink bow in her mane was on her way back from the market when she heard a voice she really didn't want to hear. Turning her head in the voice direction, she groaned in annoyance at what was going on and approached.
"Aw c'mon Tiara!" she said as she approached the fillies. "Ain'cha got nothin' better to do?"

(Guess I'm Apple Bloom now, too. I hope you feel better soon!)

"Let's go," Diamond Tiara stated as she and her friend left. She knocked Starbright over into the mud, "See you later Blank Flanks," she teased. They both laughed as they walked away.

Starbright got up from the mud, wiping it off her face again. She turned towards Apple Bloom, "Wow, you don't have your cutie mark yet either."

Pinkie Pie hopped into the room in an excited tone, "Wow! Did you say the Grand Galloping Gala? I've always wanted to go." She then started singing, "Oh the Grand Galloping Gala is the best place for me. Oh the Grand Galloping Gala is the best place for me. Hip hip hooray! It's the best place for me... For Pinkie..."

"Uh... Pinkie?" Twilight tried interrupting but the pink pony just continued rambling on.

"With decorations like streamers and fairy-lights and pinwheels and piñatas and pin-cushions. With goodies like sugar cubes and sugar canes and sundaes and sun-beams and sarsaparilla. And I get to play my favorite-est of favorite fantabulous games like Pin the Tail on the Pony!" As Pinkie pictured that, in her mind she had pinned her own tail on the board instead of the fake tail.

"Pinkie?" Twilight tried again, but she just wasn't listening.

"Oh the Grand Galloping Gala is the best place for me! Oh the Grand Galloping Gala is the best place for me! 'Cause it's the most galarrific superly-terrific gala ever in the whole galaxy! Wheee!!"

"PINKIE!" Twilight yelled.

"What?" She questioned.

"I guess you can have the extra ticket. Want to go?"

Twilight was just about to give it to her when somepony outside yelled, "Stampede!"

"What?" Twilight peeked outside and saw a lot of stampeding cows running through town. She also spotted Apple Jack trying to round them all up.
